SERVICE DESCRIPTION – PLEASE READ IN FULL! Coppell TV Repair LLC offers a REPAIR SERVICE for a failed main board from Vizio M3D550SR smart LED TV as shown on the picture. REPAIR SERVICE means that you need to send us your defective board, which meets our criteria and we will test, service, test again and return to you. Vizio has different part numbers for different batches of these boards, it is possible that your board may have different numbers printed on the PCB and the white label on the board. As long as it comes from the same TV model this listing applies to it, even if numbers are different. HOW DOES IT WORK This is a flat rate testing and repair service, meaning we will attempt to repair any problem with the board within that price as long as the board we receive meets our requirements (see separate section below). Depending on what we find out and what we do you pay the listed price or less (details explained further below). Following the instructions you package and send or otherwise deliver the board to us. If the board arrives in working order you will be contacted for details. If the board is bad then we attempt to repair it. If we succeed we usually send the board back without communication. If we fail to repair the board we contact you with details. If you have any questions please ask before initiating the service! Here are the symptoms we have seen in TV when this board goes bad. Upon connecting to power the TV remains totally dead; it should start flashing the Vizio logo at the middle bottom of the front bezel but when this board is bad it might not same would happen if the power supply is bad, though, so no guarantees! The TV may initialize properly and start flashing the Vizio logo, but then upon powering it on it may be slow to respond or not start at all and go back into flashing. One or more HDMI inputs may not be functioning. Outcome of any repair service is never guaranteed; we believe that anyone claiming otherwise is either too young to know better or trying to take advantage of you. That said, we will NOT work on boards that others tried to fix by baking or otherwise tormenting them; we use professional equipment worth tens of thousands of dollars, but even that can’t help if board has already been through a microwave! REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BOARD SENT FOR SERVICE. The board(s) we receive must be physically intact and must have not been tampered with or serviced before. The advertised flat rate for repair service is only valid when the above conditions are met. Exceptions are possible and often applied for minor repair attempts, but we reserve the sole right to judge if and when we would consider a repair minor. It is also possible, depending on the condition of the board, to eliminate the second possibility and just flat our reject having to service the board. Subject to situation and availability we may also recommend replacement of the board, again at the higher than advertised price for repair.
