SERVICE DESCRIPTION – PLEASE READ IN FULL! Coppell TV Repair LLC offers a REPAIR SERVICE for the main board 1P-0145X00-6010 shown on the picture and used in Vizio P602ui-B3. REPAIR SERVICE means that you need to send us your malfunctioning board that we will attempt to service, test and return to you. HOW DOES IT WORK This is a flat rate testing and repair service, meaning we will attempt to repair any problem with the board within that price as long as the board we receive meets our requirements (see separate section below). Depending on what we find out and what we do you pay the listed price or less (details explained further below). Following the instructions you package and send or otherwise deliver the board to us. If the board arrives in working order you will be contacted for details. If the board is bad then we attempt to repair it. If we succeed we usually send the board back without communication. If we fail to repair the board we contact you with details. If you have any questions please ask before initiating the service! While there can clearly be a large number of failures and failure symptoms that probably can’t all be listed, here are the most common ones we’ve seen this board cause that we’ve seen. The most common failure results in the TV’s power indicator (front LED) going solid white shortly after the TV is connected to AC, then staying for 1-2 seconds and fading out; upon every power on command (button or remote) the indicator would lit up again for 2 seconds and then again fade, no other activity; the display would not usually light up at all. The TV may also be totally dead when this board is bad – no front LED indication whatsoever; this may also be a result of a faulty power supply though. The TV may start and show the Vizio logo (or dark screen with back light turned on – we’ve seen both), stay like that for 2-3 seconds, then turn off the screen and either hang there until disconnected from power or power cycle (reboot) on its own. HDMI inputs may stop recognizing connected devices; this is also rare. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BOARD SENT FOR SERVICE. The board(s) we receive must be physically intact and must have not been tampered with or serviced before. The advertised flat rate for repair service is only valid when the above conditions are met. Exceptions are possible and often applied for minor repair attempts, but we reserve the sole right to judge if and when we would consider a repair minor. It is also possible, depending on the condition of the board, to eliminate the second possibility and just flat our reject having to service the board. Subject to situation and availability we may also recommend replacement of the board, again at the higher than advertised price for repair.

When you plug the tv in, front led lights up and slowy fade away like normal, but when you hit power, the front led lights up but backlight doesn’t turn on. Also no picture even if you shine a flashlight on the dark screen, or no sound. When you plug tv in it appears as if it’s going to turn on and then after a few seconds tv light fades out and tv must be unplugged and plug back in, inorder for buttons to funtion again. Tv sometimes shuts down after a few seconds when power button is pressed and blinks 15- 16 times. We normally test all boards before and after each repair. We usually can fix 99% of these Boards. If we cannot fix your board that hasn’t had any attempted repair, no charge if we keep the board for parts. Please bubble wrap your board and put it in a. Please get the board to us before 10 days. Upon receiving and installing the board to satisfactory results you can return your old dud subject to the terms and conditions specified in a section below. Common failure symptoms While there can clearly be a large number of failures and failure symptoms that probably can’t all be listed, here are the most common ones we’ve seen this board cause that we’ve seen. Upon connecting to AC the standby indicator lights up and the TV clicks, then clicks off as the LED goes off. The TV may be totally dead, no front LED indication whatsoever; this is commonly caused by a failed power supply board, though, so you may want to check videos in our YT channel on how to ensure it’s not the power board that’s causing it. TV comes up and has image, but the image or audio is garbled. Loss of HDMI ports or loss of audio. We prove board’s functionality with a video, so if you intend to return the board make sure to sign it with a Sharpe so you can be sure it will be that same board we show you functional (if it is, of course). Once you receive the board and fix your TV you can return the old malfunctioning board to us to receive the advertised credit. 2 Your board must arrive in good physical condition, with no missing or physically broken components or traces of tampering or mechanical or chemical damage; electrical failures are OK, but custom repair attempts are not.
