SERVICE DESCRIPTION – PLEASE READ IN FULL! Coppell TV Repair LLC offers a REPAIR SERVICE for a failed main board from Vizio M3D470KD smart LED TV as shown on the picture. REPAIR SERVICE means that you need to send us your defective board, which meets our criteria and we will test, service, test again and return to you. Vizio has different part numbers for different batches of these boards, e. TXCCB02K0110003, TXCCB02K0110005 and likely others. TXCCB numbers found on a white label are also different for different batches of otherwise compatible boards. This listing covers any and all boards coming out of Vizio M3D470KD. One common thing for all such boards is the PCB they are based on and it has part number 715G4404-M04-000-005K printed on the PCB itself. However, that same PCB is used in other models of the TV, for example M3D550KD and even though the base PCB is the same the final products are different and NOT compatible – for example M3D550KD uses two cables and connectors for links with the T-CON board whereas M3D550KDE only uses one. This listing is for any and all boards FOR M3D470KD ONLY! HOW DOES IT WORK This is a flat rate testing and repair service, meaning we will attempt to repair any problem with the board within that price as long as the board we receive meets our requirements (see separate section below). Depending on what we find out and what we do you pay the listed price or less (details explained further below). Following the instructions you package and send or otherwise deliver the board to us. If the board arrives in working order you will be contacted for details. If the board is bad then we attempt to repair it. If we succeed we usually send the board back without communication. If we fail to repair the board we contact you with details. If you have any questions please ask before initiating the service! We have seen different failures with those boards. TV image may be black and white. TV may be totally bricked and unresponsive. HDMI inputs may not be working. There may be no audio out of the TV. Outcome of any repair service is never guaranteed; we believe that anyone claiming otherwise is either too young to know better or trying to take advantage of you. That said, we will NOT work on boards that others tried to fix by baking or otherwise tormenting them; we use professional equipment worth tens of thousands of dollars, but even that can’t help if board has already been through a microwave! REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BOARD SENT FOR SERVICE. The board(s) we receive must be physically intact and must have not been tampered with or serviced before. The advertised flat rate for repair service is only valid when the above conditions are met. Exceptions are possible and often applied for minor repair attempts, but we reserve the sole right to judge if and when we would consider a repair minor. It is also possible, depending on the condition of the board, to eliminate the second possibility and just flat our reject having to service the board. Subject to situation and availability we may also recommend replacement of the board, again at the higher than advertised price for repair.
