The front LED indicator blinking endlessly, but the TV never starting up. The front LED blinking for a while and then stopping just as it should; when powered on the TV would display the Vizio logo and either hang on it for a long time or eventually shut itself off and possibly start initializing again (start flashing the Vizio LED sign). The TV may start and show the Vizio logo (or dark screen with back light turned on – we’ve seen both), stay like that for 2-3 seconds, then turn off the screen and either hang there until disconnected from power or power cycle (reboot) on its own. HDMI inputs may stop recognizing connected devices; this is also rare. At plugin, the front LED would light and slowly fade, like normal. Hit power and the front LED would light, but the backlights would not turn on and there was no OSD or video with a flashlight. After about 15 seconds, the front LED would fade out. At that point, the TV would have to be unplugged and replugged before it would respond to the power button on the set or the remote.
