You plug the tv in, TV does not turn on and seems dead. When you plug tv in, it have the white light but does not turn on. Tv turns on/off but there’s no picture, sound or backlight. TV turns on shows logo and reboot and shows logo again and again. TV turns on and shows logo then shuts right back off. You will have to send your part to us for repair.
