We test it and then repair it. Different part/board numbers we service. Main board failures our service covers. LED on the frame blinks as soon as the TV is plugged in, but never stops blinking. LED on the frame blinks 20 times or so once the power button is pressed but the TV never turns on. Pressing the power button a second time only makes it blink again. HDMI inputs are missing.
