Stand is acceptable but not for a pristine living room or for those who want it looking perfect. D = Stand has more than a few very heavy scuffs or scratches, this stand wont look the best but works. F = Cracks, very heavy scratches, very heavy scuffs present, stand does not look pretty but gets the job done.
