COMMON FAILURE SYMPTOMS While there can clearly be a large number of failures and failure symptoms that probably can’t all be listed, here are the most common ones we’ve seen this board cause that we’ve seen. Upon contacting to power, the LED indicator lights up, stays white for 1-2 seconds and then slowly fades away; upon attempting to power on the TV (button or remote) the indicator lights up again, then fades down again. Same as above, but the TV may not respond to power on at all. The TV may be totally dead, no front LED indicator whatsoever. Note this can also be caused by a failed power supply. Make sure it outputs standby voltage to the boards or just assume the risk of incorrect call. Loss of HDMI ports or loss of audio output.
