Upon receiving and installing the board to satisfactory results you can return your old dud subject to the terms and conditions specified in a section below. Vizio uses various part numbers for this board in different batches of their TVs. Those include, but are likely not limited to TXCCB02K0280001 , TXCCB02K0280002 and TXCCB02K0280003. If your TV is M3D470KDE this board is for it regardless of the number on the board. Note the board is based on PCB 715G4404-M04-000-005 (alternatives may also exist), which, depending on the components that are placed on it, is also used for assemblies for other models, such as M3D550KDE or M3D470KD, with which the main board for M3D470KDE is NOT compatible! While there can clearly be a large number of failures and failure symptoms that probably can’t all be listed, here are the most common ones we’ve seen this board cause that we’ve seen.
