Make sure you order based on board specific model and not the TV model number. If you are uncertain please ask before purchasing. Unless otherwise stated our parts are guaranteed in working order. Unless otherwise stated our parts are pulled from working flat screens with broken displays and are tested in the original unit with the broken display (broken displays still show a picture). In most cases the boards are also tested in new working units as well. I post clear pictures of the items and all relevant identification numbers and markings on the item. Its the buyers responsibility to confirm the item they need physically matches the item listed along with matching board numbers, part numbers etc. Always order based on the board number. Many TVs of the same model use different parts. When purchasing t-con boards please make sure you dont have a problem with the panel. Most cases of lines/distortions in the display are caused by a faulty panel. This does not apply to boards that were incorrectly ordered that have been damaged by putting in the wrong model TV. Just takes installing a couple screws. A = Stand is in brand new condition and has never been installed on a TV. A- = Stand is wrapped in original packaging with no to slight minor damage. B = Stand has slight scuffs or fine scratches, it is NOT cosmetically perfect but is more than acceptable for most. C = Stand has a few heavy scuffs or scratches. Stand is acceptable but not for a pristine living room or for those who want it looking perfect. D = Stand has more than a few very heavy scuffs or scratches, this stand wont look the best but works. F = Cracks, very heavy scratches, very heavy scuffs present, stand does not look pretty but gets the job done.
