We are confident in our parts as we test each one, however nobody is perfect mistakes do happen and if you do receive a defective part please reach out to us so we can make it right. Please check all plugs and numbers including model. For most brands/models the sticker number on each board are the ones to match. Model numbers can be compatible with different models as well as size or brand. (model numbers are not always reliable and to ensure correct part match the part number on the sticker). If you are unsure if the board is compatible please send us a message, with your pictures and information and we will be happy to assist you. > please understand that our parts are not to be used to diagnose any tv/electronic. Use a flashlight and check for dim picture. If you have a dim picture, replacing boards will not fix the issue. Also sound and no picture is likely a backlight issue.
