Coppell TV Repair LLC offers you functional main board for Vizio M60-D1 LED TV as shown on the picture. Vizio has several different part numbers for different batches of the board. That is, the numbers listed in the title are not all possible valid numbers – there is no space for more and we can not be certain we know all of them anyway. Upon receiving and installing the board to satisfactory results you can return the old defective board for which we will pay you the amount stated in the title of the listing, subject to the below terms and conditions. COMMON FAILURE SYMPTOMS While there can clearly be a large number of failures and failure symptoms that probably can’t all be listed, here are the most common ones we’ve seen this board cause that we’ve seen. Upon contacting to power, the LED indicator lights up, stays white for 1-2 seconds and then slowly fades away; upon attempting to power on the TV (button or remote) the indicator lights up again, then fades down again. Same as above, but the TV may not respond to power on at all. The TV may be totally dead, no front LED indicator whatsoever. Note this can also be caused by a failed power supply. Make sure it outputs standby voltage to the boards or just assume the risk of incorrect call. Loss of HDMI ports or loss of audio output. REPAIR SERVICE OFFERED We may offer repair service for the times when we are out of this board. Search for it at our web site for details. For the record – and as can be seen in tens of videos in our YouTube channel – about 80% of all boards we get sent back arrive in good working order. TRADE-IN CONDITIONS FOR THE OLD DUD Once you receive the board and fix your TV you can return the old malfunctioning board to us to receive the advertised credit. 2 Your board must arrive in good physical condition, with no missing or physically broken components or traces of tampering; electrical failures are OK, but custom repair attempts usually are not.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION – PLEASE READ IN FULL! Coppell TV Repair LLC offers a REPAIR SERVICE for Vizio M60-D1 main boards XGCB0QK024020X / XGCB0QK024030X / XGCB0QK024040X as shown on the picture. REPAIR SERVICE means that you need to send us your malfunctioning board that we will attempt to service, test and return to you. We may also offer serviced and tested boards with trade-in / cash-on-return (CORE) option for old duds. See store for details. HOW DOES IT WORK This is a flat rate testing and repair service, meaning we will attempt to repair any problem with the board within that price as long as the board we receive meets our requirements (see separate section below). Depending on what we find out and what we do you pay the listed price or less (details explained further below). Following the instructions you package and send or otherwise deliver the board to us. If the board arrives in working order you will be contacted for details. If the board is bad then we attempt to repair it. If we succeed we usually send the board back without communication. If we fail to repair the board we contact you with details. If you have any questions please ask before initiating the service! While there can clearly be a large number of failures and failure symptoms that probably can’t all be listed, here are the most common ones we’ve seen this board cause that we’ve seen. Totally dead TV; this can be caused by a bad power supply as well, but at least for the M470NV model we’ve seen the main board being bad more often than the power supply board. Front LED stuck on yellow and TV not responding to anything or starting yellow and fading down to nothing. The front LED indicator blinking endlessly white to yellow, but the TV never starting up. The front LED blinking for a while and then stopping just as it should; when powered on the TV would display the Vizio logo and either hang on it for a long time or eventually shut itself off and possibly start initializing again (start flashing the Vizio LED sign). HDMI inputs not working or loss of audio. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BOARD SENT FOR SERVICE. The board(s) we receive must be physically intact and must have not been tampered with or serviced before. The advertised flat rate for repair service is only valid when the above conditions are met. Exceptions are possible and often applied for minor repair attempts, but we reserve the sole right to judge if and when we would consider a repair minor. It is also possible, depending on the condition of the board, to eliminate the second possibility and just flat our reject having to service the board. Subject to situation and availability we may also recommend replacement of the board, again at the higher than advertised price for repair.
