When you turn on the TV a signal is sent from the power supply to the main board, it checks the circuits if, OK, it sends a signal back to the power supply to raise the voltage on the large capacitors from 180 to 360 volts and turns on the rest of the TV. ALL BACKLIGHTS ARE TESTED IN THE TV AND WHEN REMOVED FROM THE TV. PLEASE NOTE: There may be more than one different set of LED strips for this model.
