SERVICE DESCRIPTION – PLEASE READ IN FULL! REPAIR SERVICE means that you need to send us your malfunctioning board that we will attempt to service, test and return to you. HOW DOES IT WORK This is a flat rate testing and repair service, meaning we will attempt to repair any problem with the board within that price as long as the board we receive meets our requirements (see separate section below). Depending on what we find out and what we do you pay the listed price or less (details explained further below). Following the instructions you package and send or otherwise deliver the board to us. If the board arrives in working order you will be contacted for details. If the board is bad then we attempt to repair it. If we succeed we usually send the board back without communication. If we fail to repair the board we contact you with details. If you have any questions please ask before initiating the service! While there can clearly be a large number of failures and failure symptoms that probably can’t all be listed, here are the most common ones we’ve seen this board cause that we’ve seen. Totally dead TV; front LED indicator not lit up at all (this could also be bad power supply) or very dim orange, never changing colors (usually main board). Front LED indicator flashing endlessly white and orange. TV responds to power on command, but hangs on the Vizio logo screen. Loss of HDMI input or loss of audio or image deformations. Testing procedures for all kinds of boards can be found in our YouTube channel; for LG 60PN series for example search for “6LtrzOdTBLA”. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BOARD SENT FOR SERVICE. The board(s) we receive must be physically intact and must have not been tampered with or serviced before. The advertised flat rate for repair service is only valid when the above conditions are met. Exceptions are possible and often applied for minor repair attempts, but we reserve the sole right to judge if and when we would consider a repair minor. It is also possible, depending on the condition of the board, to eliminate the second possibility and just flat our reject having to service the board. Subject to situation and availability we may also recommend replacement of the board, again at the higher than advertised price for repair.

Order by part number is highly recommended to avoid ordering an incorrect part. CONDITION OF ACTUAL PARTS. All parts were properly inspected and tested to be R2 ready for reuse therefore, consider them as used. If for any reason you have received a non-working or defective part, you are more than welcome to return them. Your satisfaction is always our top priority and we are working hard to provide the very best customer service to better serve the industry but, were not perfect and sometimes we will make a mistake. TIPS FOR TROUBLE SHOOTING. Before jumping into any conclusion please, inspect all of the wires and cables for good connection at all of the connecting points. All of the bad connection must be resolved before moving to troubleshoot other area. Standby light on but, no power for plasma TV only. CHECK THE X & Y BUFFER BOARD. No image with standby light on. Have audio but, no image. Image grainy, distorted and or color problem. Standby light on but, no power. CHECK THE POWER SUPPLY BOARD. No sound, loud noise then TV shuts down, HDMI inputs non-functional, TV will not tune channels, No internet. Connection, Internet apps open and TV locks up. CHECK THE MAIN BOARD. Distorted image, vertical and or horizontal lines, slow motion image, half screen, faded Image. IT IS THE PANEL PROBLEM USUALLY, IT. IS NOT FIXABLE AND NOT WORTH TO REPLACE PANEL THEREFORE, DONT.
